Can I make a Backup of XOOPS on my server?

yes, get all files in your XOOPS site using an FTP application, and make an SQL dump of your database using phpmyadmin or any other MySQL management tool your hosting provider gives you.

do what? get all the files from the server or make an SQL dump? Have you checked at Lykos itself? As this isn't a XOOPS specific thing, but a general 'how to make a backup from my database' issue. Check with Lykos what they say about this.

There's one called 'Backup' Its quite easy to use although I have never actually tried to restore the database from the file it generates.

I'm using Backup Modules to make my backup's, and I restore using phpmyadmin.

It's work very fine !!!

Could you provide a link, please? I've searched but found nothing. Strangely, Google points me here. Is it possible the module has been removed from the downloads section?
