Alright.. I installed XOOPS a couple weeks ago and things are going great.. except for one thing. memberse are allowed to join.. but until they do join... the main menu is restricted to simply the news. and the links and other things that appear on every page don't appear there. can anyone tell me what setting i have to change to make it so that the menus of EVERY PAGE appear in the news portion that I have the front page connect to. Here is an example if you need to see what i mean:

probably a permission issue.

Go to Admin Control Panel -> Groups -> edit the "Anonymous Users" group so that you give them permission to access whatever modules/blocks you want them to access.
