Ok so we've started getting a lot of members at our website. Ifigured it time to enable some caching....

To my dismay (from admin-site preference) every module I ask to cache seperate or together, 30 seconds to 1 day causes PROBLEMS.

Case in point: News set for 30 sec. cache. Click more news (1,2,3 etc)at the bottom of news section and still get the same damn page the first one!

No matter how many times I refresh! (and hard refresh)
The problem only goes away when I saet "No cache"
hmmmmmmmmm

am I the only one who has had this problem? What could it be?

-Thanks

The news module is set to have a 1 minute cache here on xoops.org, and the 2,3,4,5 etc. links work fine.

No problem with caching here. Maybe you have a proxy server running or just dumb IE caching getting confused?

It is not just IE. I have been having the same problem and I use MozillaFirebird. I have a headline module that I am testing out and it would not update unitl I set the cache time to 1 hour. I originally had nocache option set but apparently XOOPS doesnt want to do that
