Can you be a tad more specific please? What exactly do you want this block to do for you? IE: Is it just a most recent news block, but with only one headline?

Let's say one has headlines 1 to 10. I want to be able to place headline number 3 in a separate left block and then I want to be able to put headline number 7 in a right block.
