I am running XOOPS 2.0.5 and installed a new theme. While peddling around my settings, I noticed my polls did not have the current template set generated. So I generated them. Now this is my problem.

After I generated the templates, when I went to my homepage (news set in preferences) it just shows my news and no blocks at all on the page. I did check my settings and made sure the blocks where visible. Anyone got any ideas?

first thing - turn on php debug. This will tell you if there were any php script specific errors with your site. Then try viewing your homepage again. See if any errors are displayed after the footer. If not, turn on block/mysql debug, and try the homepage again. This time a popup window should appear, outlining the sql queries and the blocks used on this page.

I looked at everything, I just am not too savvy with it all. Thankfully I did an sql dump before I did any changes. I restored my db and it works fine now.
