About the logs - it depends ... You may not even have access to them. Check the FAQ of your provider and you may need to contact them.
If you have your own server, it depends on OS and settings.
The one you posted is access error log and is the usual exploit scan
..

ok so if thats isn't a problem what can i do more? sorry about this but i really need it...

EDIT: It occurred me something... i have changed my theme recently and i made something like this:

I remove the login and user menu from the left side and created in theme.html , then i got a problem i didnt have how to register users and have the list pass link, so on the place of login form on the left that i had removed, i created a block with register and password links and put that block visible only to anonymous users... i dont see how can that be a problem...but who knows...

Not shure if that could cause the problem but:
You may check if your host is blacklisted somewhere.
Some spam filters may block mails depending on rules. (I have problem that my site mails are not recieved in one of local web mail services and I think yahoo puts them in 'bulk' folder ...)

my host isn't blacklisted, but even that it was the mails isn't send because it doesnt says you are registered and you will receive and confirmation e-mail, it just says that its not possible to register... i getting crazy with this, dont know what more to do.. :|

Just a wild guess, did you check/repair your database through cpanel - phpmyadmin?

Now that you talk in that i've runned a php file (because i didnt know what was that file doing on the server) and then on the site said database repaired or reorganised, something like that...Should that be a problem? If so how can i repaired?

This is the message users get when they try to register...its in portuguese, but it says thats the registry was not possible.. its on users.php:

define("_AM_CNRNU","Não foi possível registar o novo membro.");

any idea?
