The simple contact us module can do that also. You can specify a list of names for a drop down selector and associated email addresses (eg Sales: address1|Info:address2). Of course the user sees only the names.

Just test ContactUS with Googlemap 0.1a
Doesn't work with XOOPS 2.4.3
