What do you mean? In the package is a psd file for the local support badges.
[edit]Oh, my bad You mean the logo? You want to make a variation of the logo? Well, the rules are that the logo is to stay the same. But there's a very large 2circles logo with transparant background that you can use (but not modify). What that means is that you can use the logo part as it is, but not change its shape or color (ie. not put your national colors inside the circles). You can however put the 2circles logo on any image of your own.

Exeptions to this rule are possible, but only after review and permission from the Foundation (foundation@xoops.org).

This rule is in place to make the 2circles a strong logo associated with XOOPS, recognised by everyone at once. If we make all kinds of variations, that goal is never reached.

I was imagining that the collaborators could create new ideias in top of that already is servant, but see that this does not interest for the administration.

Again, he is dificil to obtain the support so that the staff participates if it cannot make new and excellent creations in top of one already existing one.

Giba, then you haven't read the post very well.

Everyone is free to use the logo as is, and use it in other images and build upon it. But we're not making a new logo. With this you can do exactly what you say you want:

that the collaborators can create new ideas using what we already have! I don't know why you say that this is not the interest of the administration....

This is exactly what you are asking for my friend!

That's ok, but we're doing our best to improve, and when we do and it is classified as something that it is not.... it makes improving very hard.

You can add the FONT name to new logo. I think, I can say my design friend and They can find for me with font license.

I like new logo. it is perfect

what kind of license is applied to this logo? Common Creative, GPL, copyright?
