Adsense is still not working

Why is that ? I am using news version 1.1 . Is it because the old version of news module ?

What does adsense have to do with the news module? We have used it before the news 1.3 release, and it has been working on xoops.org just fine. No hacks, no additions, just pasted the adsense code in the banners admin section.

i guess panigrc wants to put adsense code in between news story or middle of the news story. I've tried the same, but failed. I tried to update news_item.html template to include the adsense code in between 'intro text' and 'extended text', but could not. I think after you submit the news, its stored as single variable {$story.text}

any input/help is much appreciated
