just grabbed your css (http://bzpc.misticriver.ws/themes/lucastds01/style.css )

shows:

body {color: #000000; background: #B0C4DE; padding: 0; margin: 20px;}

no bg image set?

or is it on a different theme?

try dropping the pic in your themes [lucastds01] folder, remove the images/ on the css
