Thanks to you all, the information will be useful to me, I found important that of keeping information in different servers, using clusters and html. By the way on HTML being faster, I was investigating about I think there is a way to convert PHP to HTML. No idea how that would work with XOOPS but it´s a posible experiment I might do, if it is posible.

HTML is static, PHP is dynamic, and XOOPS combines both with the cache feature. Cached content is saved as HTML and served as HTML, for the duration of the cache lifetime. This would seriously reduce the number of queries made to the databse server, and thus speed up the site.
