Hack comment+name for xoops 2.3.3 or 2.4

The comment + name hack on dugris site is available for XOOPS 2.0.17 and 2.0.18, has anyone able to make it work on XOOPS 2.3.3

Kindly let me know if someone knows how to make it work with XOOPS 2.3.3 or the 2.4 rc

When trying to use the hack files for 2.0.18 on the 2.4 instal i get white pages and an error on all pages
Fatal error: Call to undefined function xoops_getbasedomain() in C:\xampp\htdocs\making\include\common.php on line 82

The archive contains replacement files. You can not use these to replacer the higher version 2.4.0 ones.
The archive contains the old original files. Use them to compare and identify the changes in the replacement files. Now repeat these modifications at the same places in the current XOOPS files using the info on the lines before and after the hack.
There are only 10 files to do and DuGris seems to have start and end comments on the hacks, so, it should not to be that difficult.

Is there any way this hack to be included in 2.4 release? Fixed, of corse. :)

Based on Ghias post I compared the files and added the hack to the XOOPS 2.4 rc. Seems to be working fine for me.
I have just added the comment_name hack and not the security image hack as XOOPS 2.4 by default uses the captcha for non-registered visitors.

The comments need to be approved to be published. And its a live site. I will just create a new article and post the link here
