Hello!! I have one site in old version 2.016! How can i update this old version to 2.3.3 ?
I have to update the site step by step (2.016 to 2.017 etc) or there is a most quicly way? Possible a file package 2.016 to 2.3.3

Everything you need for the update is in the 2.3.3 download. Just follow the instructions to the letter!

I have one problem with the upgrade.
I have upload all files in ftp but some files cant upload.
I take the follow message:
"227 entering passive mode
opening data conection ip (ip number port 37452)
transfer failed

And when i go to the page to make the upgrade it shows that message
public_html/upgrade/cnt-2.2.x-to-2.3.0/index.php on line 20

It has no sense to try the upgrade if some files did not upload.
Try with another FTP client or alternative way of uploading with the site admin panel.
Check the permissions for the directory where the files are placed.
If no solution contact your hoster about the uploading problem.

It was hosting problem

After upgrade the section module are empty...all the data are gone...
What can i do??

I have update the system module but the module xcgallery and section Could not update

When i go to the admin panel it shows me this message

All the data from the database are empty...
I follow the instructions and the upgrade competed sucsesfully. But when i visit my site to upgrade the system module and all modules i see the problem.

In the past i dint have any problem with the upgrade...
What can i do know...??
