PHP 5 Release...any update

I think this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find anything current.

Has anyone done any more investigation/testing related to XOOPS and PHP 5? PHP 5 was officially released and it won't be long before it starts to spread.

I think that might take a while because all the hosting companies will have to start implimenting php 5 before XOOPS can really work with php 5. I wish my hosting company would use php 5, they told me that they aren't ready to upgrade and that php 4 would work just fine.

We will probably have something soon, which we would like to see tested on as many OS/Webserver/PHP versions as possible.

Thanks for the update. I saw a previous post as well from somebody trying to run XOOPS on PHP5.
