HELP ME,

I have killed my sites database

I was trying to get a second geustmap to work, when the thing deleted all entries in the sites MySQL database. It now only has three globetrotter entries

Is there any way to save the site?

I have worked long and hard on it, and there are lots of entries in news and forum.

Please is there anyway to get it all back? (no backup was made )

You can ask your hoster if they made a backup lately. If not, all data is lost.

Backups are really important! Don't forget to make them!

Its typical, I was just about to make the site public, and back it up. Got in touch with the host, apparently they have a week old back up

Better than nothing

Okay now my problem is that allthough the database is back, when typing in the site address, it no longer finds the XOOPS part. You need to type in the address

Isthere any way of getting around this?
