Hello i have set up a few people with webmaster group i have allowed everything and even with them set up it wont let them login to the administration menu even tho that gruepe has full accsess can any one tell me why thanks

Just a guess...did you assign them a webmaster rank but forget to put them in the webmaster group ? They are separate things - ranks don't confer administrative rights.
