'--with-curl' not listed in the "Configure Command", it indicates cURL not available with this server.

I suggest remove your phpinfo from the post

short reply: use other method than cURL, such as fopen or fsockopen.

Oh! sure easy for you to say.
I have a problem with CURL now you put in fopen and fsockopen.
Is this something I need to change or add?

I had my server add CURL, the module is working just fine now.
