The Job Listings module is a good start, but it does not have everything I am looking for. I want a full Job Board, for members, able to post resumes, view jobs specific locations etc. etc. If XOOPS that can not do this....Is there an outside source that may be able to get this done. I have looked at some software, but it is to steep for my pockets right now!....I thought about affiliate programs, but that is not a good way to go if you want to have this section for visitor retention.

I know of no XOOPS module that does exactly what you want, so you have two choices:
1. Commission someone to make this module for you. Either post a module request in the 'Module Requests' forum, or post the freelance job request to a general programming freelance site like http://www.rentacoder.com
2. Find an existing job board that does what you want. http://www.hotscripts.com/ Is a good source for pre-made applications. If you find one, you can try to port it to a XOOPS module, or if it supports everything you want, run it seperately from, or instead of, your XOOPS site.
