I need to modify the register.php to add a new *must-fill-out"-field with the users real name. How do i handle this?

Also i`m seeking for a little script, that allows to build and display a users ranking-list. The points for such list where only given manualy.

Someone in there who can help, because last night i blow out my brain with real guiness and i have to finish the work a.s.a.p.

I have made a tutorial to explain how modify the register form, but available here only in french

Perhaps Userpoints is the module you require for user rankings?

The information about reg-form seems to be the right way, but i`m so sad, my french-speaking isn`t so good. So i did understand only some basic from your describtion. Maybe after another pint i find someone who assist in that case.

Userpoints isn`t the right modul. It dosn`t fit my needs.
I want a similar module, where i can quote the Userpoints only manually. I know it is a simply need, but my headache is growing and growing.
