It's not even hacked really, it's a wiki, anyone can edit the contents, it just needs to be reverted back to an earlier state.

I'm leaving it untouched, it tracks and logs IP's, no big deal IMO, just ignorant.

http://wiki.xoops.org/ hasn't been altered, so it's just someones idea of a bad joke or childness.
