You know, such a module would tecnically not fall under the category "tracker". A bittorrent tracker is a server which keeps information about the hosts currently uploading and downloading data for an ensemble of torrent files. It handles the assignment of download sources for new hosts entering the system.

What you are refering to is really a torrent file server with web based tracker statistics.

its really a tracker :) but currently trying to rewrite it back but need time with i currently not have......
