As stated in the topic... i want my softwaresite to get a new theme design (graphics+layout)...
Is anyone upto this or knows someone who is able to help me?

Might be worth checking out Xoopsfactory, 7dana and incarma. They all have pretty spiffy theme designing skills that are more than skin deep.

incama, I don't really know.

You can also see if you can find a nice template on www.webdesignhut.com - I convert such templates to XOOPS themes for $150 (not all are suitable, so if you want to go that way, contact me first so I can judge the template)
