MySQL database in XOOPS

Hi, i have a MySQL database which I would like to incorporate in my XOOPS site. Problem is, i dunno how! is there a tutorial somewhere? your advise, please!

XOOPS basically is a MySQL database application with a web interface, and modules basically get info from the database and display it in a certain way. So, if you want your info from the db into your XOOPS site, you'll have to create a module. There isn't much development documentation, so your best bet is to look for a module that has the features you want and use that as a start.
