No, I'm sorry, there isn't any MyAds record on modules table after uninstall.
I cheked also tpl tables without succes aparently.
The question is on _MD_AM_FAILINS error message string.
The only place where I found
_MD_AM_FAILINS can be activated is on the function called
"function xoops_module_install($dirname) wich is located in the file
root/modules/system/admin/modulesadmin.phpThe activation of the error message associated to
_MD_AM_FAILINS is on three places inside the function:

Unfortunatelly my poor knowledge of PHP (I'm a newbie) doesn't allows me to solve the problem by my self
