No, sorry. There isn't much developer documentation, but we're trying to get this written (slow process tho -devs don't like to write anything other then code). On the XOOPS Development Forge there is a developer wiki which contains some information. I hope that will be of help to you.

i find it very useful to look at an existing module to figure out how it all works. also, if you're using an existing module as an example, and you see it 'include' another file, then look at that file's contents to figure out what it's purpose is, what other functions are available to use, etc etc


it's been difficult for me to get used to the XOOPS way, but i'll try to post something in a thread or in the wiki somewhere, for tips

are you coding from scratch or porting a module from another cms?
