I made a mistake myself

I made a mistake to download a 7dana GREEN theme to a XOOPS 2.06 and install it

Now my system can not show me administrator so I can change the theme back and get out of my madness.

My question is following, witch file do I need to edit to get my default design back and get in control again ?

hello sol812,
rename [different than in setting] folder of wrong [or defect] theme should cause XOOPS to take default theme!

thanks for fast reply

I try this before I made a post - I renames the folder to "XXGREEN" + I have DEFAULT theme folder also, but system wil not take
default theme - I get now a blank page - before with the wrong theme " XXGREEN I only able get my admin profile not administrator menu.

I need go into some files or MySQL and maybe edit and change the theme name somewhere to get back again

if you know where I can do it let me know

take a db admin tool like phpmyadmin and look in table xoops_config. There you will find setting of theme, edit theme_set to default, .. thats it...

SOL812, did you make mistake to download a 7dana GREEN theme from 7dana.com or you make mistake in theme installation , transfer to server, CHMOD,...?

I found out that the 7dana GREEN do not work with 2.06 of XOOPS - so it was a mistake to download, and install it.

was a nice color - why it not is convertet to 2.06 is a mystery (smile)

There is no mystery SOL812, 7dana GREEN is absolutely compatible with XOOPS 2.0.6.
Create new ftp user with limited rights(theme folder)and send me the info,i will install this theme in 3 minutes without any problems.

Could u explain how to install it? I already extract all the files in themes/ but it still doesn`t work. What did i miss? chmod? What permission should i used? Teach me plz. Thx
