Now Available at the download section of Xoops.

I made this Jobs Module for my site, and to learn a little more, someday I will know this stuff. It was made from the Japanese version of myAds 2.04. Can be used with the myAds module installed. Some Fields are :

1. Job Type (full or part time)
2. Job Title
3. Company Name
4. Location
5. Job Description
6. Job Requirements
7. Salary
8. Contact Information
9. Company Logo

Listings automatically expire after 8 days (you can change this), and sends an e-mail to the poster telling them it expired. Hope someone finds this useful. Let me know what you think.

Thanks.

Yea.. i tested it...
and i think you need to add this into the README file..

some configuration needed to be done on the template

Open up template/jobs_index.html

.
<td style="vertical-align: top; text-align: center;"><a
href="http://www.searchsouthington.com/modules/jobs/index.php?pa=view&cid=1"><img
style="border: 0px solid ; width: 160px; height: 50px;" alt="View Jobs"
src="http://www.searchsouthington.com/modules/jobs/images/viewL.gif"></a><br>
</td>
<td style="vertical-align: top; text-align: center;"><a
href="http://www.searchsouthington.com/modules/jobs/addlisting.php?cid=1"><img
style="width: 160px; height: 50px;" alt="Add a Job" src="http://www.searchsouthington.com/modules/jobs/images/addL.gif"><br>
</td>

change the URL to your web address.
i think that should work

Sorry about that, if you replace 'http://www.searchsouthington.com' with <{$xoops_url}> I will change it in the download. Thanks.

Also noticed for the search you will need to find out what the module id number(mid) is and insert that number in the value=''
in line about line 65 in templates/jobs_index.html

this is line 65 change the '100' to whatever your jobs module (mid) is
<input type='hidden' name='mids[]' value='100' />

You can find the mid by going into your database, the modules table, and find the mid of the Job Listing module.
