Hi, I made on the leftside a blok with links (url's) into it. When I click them everything is working but ther is opening a new window. I like to open the link in the middelcollum. is that possible?
How?

If the link is to a module or page wrapped inside XOOPS yes, but if it is to an external page the page needs to be wrapped inside XOOPS with a content module like tinycontent or some php wrapping code.

Try using iContent, TinyCOntent or similar.
