The news on my site only shows the title on the main page, is there a way to make the intro text show up too? Or something how on xoops.org is how it says click to read more?

Guessing on whatcha want -

1.Make a custom block (scroll to bottom of blocks) and put some gibberish as a welcome, etc.

or

2. admin > system > preferences > general settings > set start page to news.

On the xoops.org main page, scroll down past recent comments in the middle. See how that news right below it is? Right now on my site it only shows the title. How can I make it show more of the story instead of just the title on my main page?
