I am using IE6. I think I figured it out. Hee Hee! I went to win explore > cookies folder > opened with word pad and VOILA! Here is what I got :

IE 6 >> Tools >> Internet Options >> Temporary Internet Files >> Settings >> View Files

Sort by Internet Address. The cookie files should be first (Cookie::USERNAME@DOMAIN). Check the Expires column for all cookies for your XOOPS domain. I'm not sure which cookie(s) controls logging in.
