Okay guys, PHP5 is around the corner and the ews of the day is SQLite integration.

Sure, MySQL isn't gone but many ISPs are going to go with SQLite due it a) being build into PHP5, and b) due to it's flatfile nature, it's alot easier for the ISP to manage.

Are there any plans for XOOPS to go with SQLite?

is it hard to develop for any DB system ?

in my oppinion it is necessary to change database class. or i think wrong ?
