Privacy and Condition of Use statements

G'day all,

I was wondering if there are people here who can help me put together a Privacy and Condition of Use statement?

I did a Google search and of course I found millions of site with privacy statement which basically say "Don't copy my stuff".

So I was hoping some of the webmaster out there could point me to a sample or example which I could adapt for my own use?

Yikes!!! How did I miss that?

So is it ok if I adapt the conditions for my site?

I'll probably strip out sections specific to XOOPS and KISS (keep it simple sir :) )
