formulaire: my " marks are turning into /'s. what do i do?

every time i use a " or a ' in my textareas, they turn into /////.

do i need to use a code for the " or ' symbol?

thanks for any help.

Sounds like you have a addslashes and stripslashes problem when adding and getting data to/from the database.
