I'm using fresh install of XOOPS and 7dana-soft theme. I'd like to get the headlines going on my site. I added my first one tonight from yahoo (http://rss.news.yahoo.com/rss/topstories). My site disappeared from view until I deleted it. I have searched this site for some insight but haven't found what I need. I guess this means I don't know what I'm doing... Any suggestions?

UPDATE: OK so while I was searching around to see if any one else had this problem I came across a nifty tip in the March newsletter (I'm such a newbie!). I turned on debug for PHP and got the error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in .../html/modules/xoopsheadline/index.php on line 41
This is what I have on line 41:
$hlid = $headlines[0]->getVar('headline_id');
What should it be??

NOW says: $hlid = ->getVar('headline_id');
I'm guessing we need to change the value for $headlines[0].
But I'm not brave enough to try it on my own.
