Hi

I'm trying to set up a home page 'welcome' message for all users on entering the site, whether registered or anonymous.

I figured that this was done by setting up a custom block.

The problem is whenever i create a custom block it always appears in the registered users blocks.

Any idea?

Please ignore, realised it was due to the block not being set as visible for anon users.
