well... dislike popularity contests like this.
No way to know if the votes are on a cms because of
a) voter is connected to this cms
b) voter thinks this cms is the best to administrate
c) voter thinks this cms has the best features
d) voter thinks this cms is the nicest looking
Of course, I would like to see XOOPS being used on such a site as opensourcecms, but as a user of a site, it really doesn't make all that of an impact, whether you use one or another, so letting the users vote is futile in getting a pointer as to, which they should use themselves.
