I get some 30-40 spam mails every day and also 10-20 mails that my mail could not be delivered because it contained a virus or the to-address does not exist, these are spam mails too (I never mailed any of them)
I noticed an increase of tw (taiwanese?) and chinese spam lately. It is of no use to me. The same goes for the offers of an american mortgage or increasing the length of my johnson (don't even know him)
I've got a spam filter working at my host computer and that stops some 20 mails every day. I don't think you can do much about it. They send the mail to my site for instance rainbowshaman.com and just put something before that like : webmaster or admin or mail or whatever.
