Having tons of fun working with everyones
Themes and modules. Keep up the great work all.
I want to know if anyone is workng on a I-Rater or vote for me module?

I havn't seen any mention of anything along these lines. What exactly does it do, there might be an alternative out there that you can use.

I want it to work like irater.com I looked at every thing XOOPS has and the closet thing to it, is my album but that does way to much.

Have you tried XCGallery? It's a coppermine port that has voting with a 5 star system rating along with descriptions and a nice layout.
