I wanted to add a block with a welcome message. It shows when I'm logged in, but not when I'm logged out. Is there some way to add a welcome message that will be visible to both users and potential users? Thanks! Susan.

in admin

goto Groups---Choose Anonymous Users on top----Then find your Welcome message Block and check the box.

hmmm... The custom block shows up in the block admin under registered users, but it doesn't show when i click on the anonymous at the top :(.

It won't show in the BLOCKS section until you have placed a check beside it in the GROUPS section and edit the Anonymous Users group.
