Hi, I have a problem with my welcome message.I created a new block for my welcome message, but it doesn't show at the top of the page, it shows under the news and forum recent updates. Is there anyway to get my welcome block to the top? Thanks, Susan.

hmmm... The custom block shows up in the block admin under registered users, but it doesn't show when i click on the anonymous at the top :(.

I wanted to add a block with a welcome message. It shows when I'm logged in, but not when I'm logged out. Is there some way to add a welcome message that will be visible to both users and potential users? Thanks! Susan.

I just put XOOPS on my site today. I love it, but I cannot figure out how to add any content other than the menu to the homepage. You can have a look here to see what I'm talking about:
