What can I do If I got hack?

I'm not talking about module hack but I'm been hack for real. It quite sucks how life could bring u so much ennemies at work. Jalousy, anger and vengeance. Story is that I piss someone at work by having the projet contract instead of him (pure decision of my boss). Then he quited, since then my computer has been infected by a trojan (without notice it, he's a real IT pro) he stole all my stuff (codes, personal projects). I got a XOOPS website (http://www.keystyle.net), he register and posted some content that he stoled from a while ago. I got his IP and stuff but just don't know what to do. I want to bring him to justice!!! Maybe I don't even have enough prouve that's him the hacker.

DIdn't I read this before somewhere? Or is it just me?

My Advice: get a firewall.

Yep I got one. He still able to steal my stuff. That's the most fascinating...I admit.

If he is hacking into your work place computer and you have his IP address, report him to your boss as this is illegal what he is doing.

Sorry, forgot to add... Delete his account and make it that an admin has to allow the user onto the site.

I doubt that XOOPS was hacked. If he has a backdoor.... you may be best off reloading and securing your box this time if you do not have the skills to remove the backdoor.
