Ok I'm runnin the Latest release of XOOPS w/ MySQL v. 4.0.18 Apache 2.0.48, PHP v. 4.3.5.

I'm hosting on the local intranet at my school. Everything is working correctly as far as i know, the only problem is i am trying to host files for people to dl from my computer, which is server. Everytime you click on the download link it just brings you to a blank page. how can i fix this?

If this topic has already been covered i appologize for double posting but i couldn't find any other posts on this matter that helped me.

Blank page: turn on php-debug in system admin -> preferences -> general settings page, and return to the page that gives blank output. Then, report the errors here.

I set the preferences to debug the php, and when i click the links on the DL page it just opens up another web page

ok i know this is a little late, but i had some harddrive issues and i had to set the website up again, anyhow i have come to the realization that it will not let me allow the transfer of anything over about 20mb in size. how can i get around this?
