Cant shout on ShoutBox

Hi!
I cant shout in my shoutbox..like it says on readme.txt e put cache directory and cache/shout.cvs to 777 but i still cant shout...can anyone help me please?

Which version have you got? I've installed V2 and it uses tables... works fine

I had the same problem. The shoutbox doesn't work with register_globals off.

I have V2 too that comes in "xoops Brasil modules v2" or something like that, it works with tables too but it dont work...i shout and nothing appears on frame...how can i solve this?

As a wrote before, the shoutbox doesn't work with register_globals off. Check your php.ini to see if it's turned on.

Read this for methods of turning it on if you don't have access to php.ini

It tells me to use:

ini_set('register_globals', '1');

but in wich file of shoutbox module i have to put that and where exactly?

Ok it works already...now the font color is black..how do i changed it?
