Fatal Error in site preferences

hi all,
i get this error message when i try to enter general settings in preferences section. Got no errors during setup and double checked the file and folder permissions.I use the default theme
any help will be appreciated...

Looks like you have a parse error in class/xoopsform/formselectgroup.php

try this one
