Can the Date format in XOOPS be changed from yyyy/mm/dd to dd/mm/yyyy ?
If so How?

there's plenty of info regarding this if u search the forums..

basically edit languages/english/global.php

at the bottom of the file you'll see the settings for the date/time and the corresponding changes u can make are noted after that..
