I have one problem,only registrated users can view main meni,i want that main meni can view everubody.Please help!

simple give the anonymous user the right to see the main menu in den sytem -> groups -> and open the usergroup anonymous and search the main menu und give them right to see the main menu

ok,thanks,but i have one more problem,i instaled module for banners and when i go to the config of this module i get internal server error...Also i instaled IRC chat and when i click on irc chat on main page,nothing is happening,i configured irc server,port,etc..
