Newbb problem module does not exist

When I am in the admin mode and trying to add a category to newbb was I submit the new category I get selected module does not exist has anyone figure out a way to solve this problem? I have uninstalled reinstalled the module and the website 6 times. Thanks in advance for any help.

Try adding (or removing) the "www." in the start of the page address of the page that gives you errors and hit return to go to the modified page address.
This has worked before for me, but I have no idea why it works, so be careful.
Also try clearing your browser cache.
