How can I change so multipul user can use same email

Hi can I get some help here...


1. Where do I have to modify in order for user to register under same email address? I get this "have been used" message...

there is no function that allows seperate users to share an email address.. it's a full 1 user 1 email system.. but u can enable the function to allow users to change their email address..

i dunno if u cud actually create a user in admin which has the same email as some1 else.. as that wouldn't need validation it would already be approved..
