hello just found with the help of http://validator.w3.org/checklink that in my default install there was no /images/print.gif file

Hmmmm ...

In the default install, there are two instances of print.gif:

modules/news/images/print.gif
modules/sections/images/print.gif

The only links to print.gif that I could find are:

modules/news/templates/news_archive.html
- references src="images/print.gif"
modules/news/templates/news_article.html
- references src="images/print.gif"
modules/sections/index.php
- references (twice) src='".XOOPS_URL."/modules/sections/images/print.gif'

None of those references use the path "/images/print.gif". I wonder if the problem is the relative paths in news_archive.html and news_article.html.

it was the problem 100% i checked it manually after the linkchecker shows me 404 on my site, and yes it was somewhere in the news module, i uploaded this image to /images/ folder and the problem gone
