I just dl'ed the upgrade patch to go from 2.0.5 to 2.0.6. I looked on the server and found all the files to replace except I can't seem to find where the contents of the diffs directory go. I can find where to put the html files, and the docs files, but not the files in the diffs directory. Does it go in the root? If not, where are the diff files located on a typical installation?

Only the files under "html" need to be installed. The other directories are provided only as information.
